Public Climate School
Date: November 24, 2025 – November 30, 2025
The Public Climate School (PCS) takes place in November. The PCS is a week of action in which educational institutions throughout Germany design parts of their teaching programs to include topics related to climate justice, sustainability, and democracy education from November 24 to 30—with various formats ranging from lectures and workshops to discussion groups and hands-on activities.
The Public Climate School aims not only to impart knowledge about the climate crisis, but also to promote creative skills and initiate joint action.
The highlight events to participate in are the climate justice role-play, cooking for climate, the United Nations Security Council simulation, PV upcycling, and the clothing swap. The lectures and presentations are also super exciting!
