Researchers at FAU are currently working on making cutting-edge X-ray technology even more sophisticated. The researchers' ultimate goal is for their new technique to be used in medical imaging and in non-destructive testing in industry.

A team of FAU researchers have shown that the virus remains highly active despite the therapy. Their results of their research have recently been published in the journal EBioMedicine.

Dr. Josefina Rodríguez Arribas has been a member of the International Consortium for Research in the Humanities "Fate, Freedom and Prognostication" at FAU (October 2014 - September 2015). Her most recent research at the Consortium "Fate, Freedom and Prognostication" at FAU concerns the textual and material evidence about the practice of divination among Jews in the Middle Ages.

The number of students participating in the FAU survey has increased by around one third. According to the initial results, over 70 percent stated that they were rather satisfied or very satisfied with their degree programme.
